Let’s work together to help you find and live the life you want.

You’re carrying so much right now. Life is so demanding and when you add motherhood, difficulty eating, or tough experiences to the mix it can almost feel unbearable at times. Maybe you’ve read all the self-help books and scanned instagram for all the advice you can find, but nothing is changing. Or maybe life just seems so much easier for everyone else and you don’t understand why.

I work with women who want to feel seen, heard, and empowered, just like you. When we work together my priority will be understanding and recognizing your struggles while also helping you work towards change. I value your history and experience that has brought you to this moment in time. In the daily torrent of life you don’t get the chance to reflect and process the daily stress that impacts your life. I offer a safe, warm, inviting space to navigate all that life throws at you. By using EMDR, parts work, and incorporating information from various perinatal trainings I can help you overcome your obstacles to living your life in a meaningful way.

We’ll work together well if…

You are looking for a safe place to navigate your tough experiences. Your time is valuable and it’s important for you to have therapy that is catered to your unique experience and needs. Whether you're interested in “diving deeper” into the past and exploring how it impacts your present or wanting to explore how to have the life you desire, I’m here for it all. I’m here for you.

I see the strength in you even if you don’t.

Supporting women has always been my passion and why I became a therapist. We, as women, do so much for the world and our loved ones and often don’t get the support we need or deserve. As a mother to three young kids, my transition into motherhood was not what I expected, it was hard! I took all the baby classes and read all the parenting books and still felt like my world had been flipped upside down. Throughout my motherhood journey I’ve been fortunate enough to have the support of amazing therapists, nurses, doctors, and lactation consultants that helped me when I needed it most and it’s an honor to be able to provide services to other women.

Through my career working in eating disorder treatment centers and private practice I’ve seen women climb out of the boxes they were placed in by society and I’m excited to support you in doing the same.

When we work together you never have to worry about being judged or shamed. I am naturally curious about you and truly care about your experience and struggles. Together we’ll dive deep into who you are and what brought you to this place in your life while balancing moments of laughter and authenticity.

As a therapist I value education and being informed and training in empirically tested modalities such as EMDR but my ability to be human is what my clients value most. My goal for our work together is that you leave feeling understood and cared for.

I want to honor your story, your struggle, and your future dreams.
