Our fee is $150 for a 50-minute session. We accept credit card, debit card, cash, HSA, and FSA payments.
There are limited sliding scale options available for those experiencing financial difficulty.
We are also in-network with several insurance companies. Please see FAQ below for which insurance providers for which we are in-network.

Yes! We offer in-person sessions at our office located at 19563 E Mainstreet, Suite 206A, Parker, CO 80138. We also offer our services virtually for women across Colorado.

Starting January 16, 2025 we will be in-network with Cigna, Aetna, and United Healthcare. Tentatively starting January 19, 2025 we will be in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Colorado as well.
For out-of-network services we can provide you with a super bill to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.

We require 24 hour notice for cancellations or reschedules without any charge. You will be billed for the full session fee for any missed sessions, cancellations, or reschedules with less than 24 hour notice.

It is completely normal to feel nervous or anxious for your first therapy appointment. I encourage you to find a comfortable, quiet area for our virtual session.
The first session is our opportunity to start gathering information about you, discussing what brought you into therapy, and going over your goals for therapy. We’ll also discuss how frequently we will be meeting to reach your goals.

The therapeutic process in very individualized and everyone’s course of treatment looks different. Some clients find that brief therapy focused on a singe issue is all they need while others desire more long term support. We will continuously discuss the effectiveness of your therapy and it is ultimately up to you how long you would like to continue therapy.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
